Scott Donogh

Owner

Scott has been pursuing his passion for building houses and real estate since 2004. He started as a laborer for his fathers company Donogh Enterprises in his twenties, then moved up to a Superintendent for his brothers company, Donogh Construction. For ten years he has been growing Scott Donogh Homes. Scott always says ” My Dad used to say that he had the best job in the world. He was right!”

Joy Donogh

Owner

Joy and Scott have been working together as a team since beginning their business. She wears many hats including book keeper, designer, organizer and project manager.

Paul Monsef

General Manager

Paul comes to us with over 20 years of design and construction experience. As owner of Monsef Design, Paul has been designing Scott Donogh Homes plans for 5 years. Now he is bringing his expertise to the Donogh team and building the homes he designs.

Chad Whittle

Chad Whittle

Project Engineer

Chad has over 10 years of experience working in Architecture and Design. He specializes in feasibility studies, plans, and permitting; and also oversees quality control and warranty on our projects. Chad can often be spotted enjoying his lunch inside Panda Express at the Renton Landing. He also enjoys hiking and sailing, and has been part of the Donogh team for over 3 years.

Kim Green

Office Operations Manager

Kim makes sure everything runs smoothly and organizes the entire office at Donogh Homes. She loves Chucks Donuts and taking her dog Kobei hiking at Tiger Mountain. Kim has been part of the Scott Donogh Homes team for almost 5 years.
